I work from a person-centered and strength-based perspective, drawing on attachment, psychodynamic theory and neuroscience to help make sense of emotional patterns and relationships. My approach blends evidence-based methods such as emotion-focused, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioural therapy, with an inclusive and culturally respectful lens. Healing is a whole-person process that involves attending to each aspect of the self, mind, body, and the deeper sense of meaning that connects us to life. Our work will help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, restore balance, and move toward greater authenticity and wellbeing.
